Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple office spaces within the designated area.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including leasing, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the designated area.
