With over 10 years experience working with people with complex needs, Patrycja takes a holistic approach to helping her clients find personal healing.

I am a counselling psychologist and yoga therapist with 10 years post-qualification experience, HCPC registered and chartered with the BPS. I have worked in a number London based hospitals and have been the lead psychologist for my service for the past 5 years.

I work interactively and am skilled in the treatment of trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, insomnia, psychotic disorders and relationship difficulties. 

My particular interest is combining the latest developments in neuroscience with Eastern practices that nourish mind, body and spirit. I discovered is that sometimes the fastest way to improve the way we feel or overcome self-defeating patterns, is through deepening the connection with the body or getting better quality sleep.

During my time as a clinician, clients have been my greatest teachers. I believe that everyone can find more health, freedom and joy. Talking to another person might make it a bit easier.

Above all, however, I’ve learnt about the infinite possibilities of the human spirit. Rather than seeing myself as an expert with all the answers, I am passionate about creating a safe space that enables healing, self-compassion and growth.
