I started my working life at the age of nineteen as a sales assistant in the John Lewis Partnership.
I very quickly became hooked on my career progression, spending 12 years working my way up through the ranks.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing brands and fantastic people and in various sectors from General Retail to Financial Services and Technology.
My excitement for recruiting has become my primary focus and, over the years, finding and developing extraordinary talent and unlocking brilliant potential has brought me here today!
My desire is to bring my experience and passion for recruiting directly to clients and candidates alike has led me to set up the business.

Meet Ralph's dog Pablo. He's been keeping us sane as we set up the business. Pablo is always on hand to take us for walks when we need a break and is happiest when chasing bubbles in the garden!

I started my career with Virgin at the age of twenty with the intention of leaving once I'd found my vocation.
However, like many people, I was soon drawn in by the fantastic training and development opportunities available and I loved the way that my hard work was rewarded with rapid promotion, and I soon progressed to senior management roles.
I have been lucky enough to work for some wonderful companies and people within sectors ranging from music, beauty, media, technology and most recently FMCG.
For me, the most rewarding part of my career has been recruiting and developing teams and watching them flourish and this motivated me to set up Ellerker Sence Recruitment Ltd.
I genuinely believe that my passion and genuine desire to help others navigate their careers translates into success for both our candidates and clients alike.

The great thing about running your own start-up is having pets in the office! Originally from France, Pooka lives with Susie and her family and looks very good for her 12 years. She is often found in the garden but loves hanging out in the office too!
